So about a week or so ago, I got a bad cold and had to rest it off. So while I was recuperating, my friends 
, 
, 
and 
wanted me to watch Steven Universe. Since I had to rest the blasted cold, I decided then would be a good time to sit back and watch the show. Needless to say I was not disappointed! 
I FRIGGIN' LOVE THIS SHOW.
The story is really well written, the jokes are timed perfectly, and the cast of characters is absolutely wonderful! (Although, not gonna lie, Amethyst gets on my nerves from time to time, and Lars is a complete jackass. 
)
So in tribute to a show that not only help me fight off the cold, and to this day still cracks me up and brings on the tears, I draw my favourite character in the show: Steven himself! (And Mr. Queasy!
)

I love this show so much: female/non-binary characters as developed protagonists voiced by non-whites for a change; a male character who is sensitive and cries but which isn't portrayed as a bad thing (I love male characters like that, and I don't understand why there's this belief in American society that boys aren't allowed to show emotion); and the art style with all the exaggerated expressions and poses is just beautiful to look at. \（´∇｀）/
